SCOPE OF SUPPLY

For the Elliott Chute Generating Station, we replaced the existing intake gate system with a fully integrated solution. Our scope covered engineering, fabrication, inspection, shop assembly and testing, as well as delivery, installation, commissioning, and warranty support. The project included a new head gate, embedded components, and all necessary equipment to ensure a seamless and reliable upgrade.

We replaced the existing rack-and-pinion hoisting system with a modern wire rope hoist for the intake gate, ensuring improved reliability and performance. Additionally, we designed, fabricated, and installed a new lifting beam to efficiently handle the stoplogs.
