We designed and fabricated a template for anchor positioning. We supplied embedded parts for gates 1-4, ten main roller systems for gate 1, one side roller system for gate 1, and sealing systems for gates 1-4, along with a spare kit.
Menihek, built in 1954 by the Iron Ore Company of Canada, was Labrador’s first hydroelectric plant. Located 40 km from Schefferville, Quebec, it powered mining operations. With three hydro turbines, the 18.7 MW facility produces an average of 47 GWh annually.
