Sir Adam Beck (2018)

The Sir Adam Beck II Generating Station sits on the Niagara River in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and has been in operation since 1954. With 16 units, the station reaches a maximum generating capacity of 1,499 MW. Together with the 10-unit Sir Adam Beck I station, it draws water from the Niagara and Welland Rivers above the falls, channeling it back into the lower Niagara River.
