Stoplog Lifters

There are 4 different movements that can be executed with the Log Lifter

Left-Right translation (X-Axis): To move from one bay to another.
Lifting / lowering (Y-Axis): To extend or retract the arms.
Swing Fwd-Back : To tilt the arms for log stacking.
Harpoon rotation (Around Y-Axis) : To lock / unlock stoplogs.
